What a total DISASTER!

Oh my goodness, I am just SO disappointed with TheArtists! I was super excited to finally get some new art supplies, like REALLY excited, you know? I saw their website and thought, 'YES! This is it!' But oh boy, was I wrong! I placed an order for a bunch of drawing pens and some fancy paper, and it was a complete mess from start to finish! The order process felt like it took FOREVER to confirm, and then the tracking information was just... GONE! Like, poof! Vanished into thin air! I tried contacting their support, and it was like talking to a brick wall! Seriously, no help at all! My package eventually showed up WEEKS later, and half the pens were dried out and the paper was bent! BENT! What a total waste of money and my precious art time! I will NEVER shop here again, and I'm warning all my artist friends to STAY AWAY! Such a letdown! Ugh!
